1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a reservation, or using the Town Rental Group LLC website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Renters must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license held for at least 12 months is required.
Renters aged 21–24 may be subject to a young driver surcharge.

3. Reservations & Payment

All reservations require a valid payment method on file. A refundable security deposit is authorized at pickup. Full terms of pricing, deposits, and mileage limits are shown on each vehicle listing.

4. Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. See our FAQ for details on late cancellations and no-shows.

5. Vehicle Use

Vehicles may not be used for illegal purposes, racing, towing (unless equipped and authorized), or off-road use.
Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles; a cleaning fee applies if violated.
Sub-renting or transferring the rental agreement to another party is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Town Rental Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or a rented vehicle, to the maximum extent permitted by California law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
